Young Leaders Programme
What is it?
The Young Leaders Programme creates community leaders from among local youth – teaching leadership skills, crisis management and critical thinking. It includes a series of practical workshops and a residential programme bringing young people together in a problem solving environment.
Who is it for?
YLP is for young people facing major challenges in their communities who want to take a lead in effecting real change. We have trained youth from a whole range of backgrounds. All you need is enthusiasm and conviction.
Why?
Those on the YLP are committed to help reducing street, drug and gang crime as well as prevent violent extremism. Creative, innovative and dynamic young people join forces through YLP to make a positive difference.
