Support ACF

ACF is committed to breaking down the barriers between disaffected youth and mainstream society.

A key element of our strategy is to provide alternatives to crime and extremism by offering our youth access to legitimate income and employment.  In order to do this we need to establish links with private and public companies to introduce ‘at risk’ and vulnerable young people to the world of work. Ideally this would be by long-term employment in a worthwhile career, but other avenues such as structured work experience and internships under the supervision of a mentor or peer guardian are also valuable. Partnership arrangements with business and industry are welcomed – please get in touch if you would like to be involved.

ACF organises regular educational events open to the wider community. These range from talks to raise awareness about the particular challenges faced by the young people that ACF deals with, and meetings to improve relations between the different faith and race and cultural groups living in affected communities.  Check our website for details of forthcoming events.

Since 2003, ACF has been organising highly successful events to promote social harmony and community cohesion while working on a day to day basis with disaffected and disengaged youth to prevent violent extremism and guard against the harmful effects of gang culture. With effective funding, ACF will be able to continue and build upon this work in order to better serve vulnerable and ‘at risk’ young people in the community. Our charitable status means that we can use ‘Gift Aid’ to claim back tax on any donations we receive.

Please make your donations to ACF as indicated below, certain in the knowledge that your money will help us to prevent violent extremism and make a real difference to civil society in the UK.

Thank you!
